What is GEX and why does it matter?+
GEX (Gamma Exposure) measures how much options market makers need to hedge. When GEX is positive, dealers dampen price moves — the market tends to be calm. When GEX is negative, dealers amplify moves — expect volatility. Understanding GEX gives you a structural edge that most retail traders don't have.
How is GEXBoard different from other GEX platforms?+
Most GEX platforms charge $50 to $720/mo for basic gamma data. GEXBoard starts at $19/mo and includes features like the GEX Heatmap, Greeks Exposure, daily watchlist email, and dealer regime classification that other platforms don't offer at any price tier.
What happens after beta pricing ends on July 1?+
Prices will increase to their regular rates (Starter $39, Pro $79, Trader $149). Early subscribers who sign up during beta keep their beta rate locked in as long as their subscription stays active.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Account page. When you upgrade, you only pay the prorated difference. No contracts, no commitments.
How often does the data update?+
GEX levels recalculate continuously throughout the trading day using real-time options chain data and live spot prices. Most platforms only update once per day or every 15-20 minutes. GEXBoard gives you a live, evolving view of gamma positioning.
